This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Speedster (“Application”) for desktop devices.

“Non Personal Information” is information that is not personally identifiable to you and that we automatically collect when you access the Application.

“Personally Identifiable Information” is non-public information that is personally identifiable to you and obtained in order for the Application to work. Personally Identifiable Information may include information such as your name, email address, and other related information that you provide to us or that we obtain about you.

The Application does not collect any information about the location of your device. The geocoding information is based solely on the external IP address.

If the Application is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

You can stop the collection of Non Personal Information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your system.

The Application does not control the data on the user system. The user is free to delete all local data using the appropriate procedures on the system. The public APIs in use have different data retention policies that can be viewed on their respective websites.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
